When I discovered Nairn’s graham crackers I literally bought out the Fresh Market near my home. I have gone back again and again and purchased as many as they have in stock.
Nairn’s are made in Scotland where people are way ahead of us here in the US when it comes to gluten free living. The ones we get are without the raisins due to the high levels of salicylates in raisins. Nairns are GMO free “graham” crackers. They are vegan and contain none of the major allergens nor do they contain high levels of salicylates.
They are NOT appropriate for everyone. They are made with very carefully sourced GF oats, so if you cannot tolerate oats (and many celiacs cannot) then they won’t work for you. The factory contains dairy and nuts so if you have a sensitivity, as we do, its fine, but if you stop breathing with nut exposure, I would not risk it. I won’t eat anything at a Cracker Barrel or standard pizza parlor because there is flour in the air and it could settle on my food.
If you do not live near a Fresh Market or yours does not stock the cookies you can get them at Amazon
